Terms of Service | Rev1 Digital

1. Acceptance

By signing up for or using any Rev1 Digital LLC service (including Broker Upgrade, rev1digital.com, and brokerupgrade.com), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

Rev1 Digital provides done-for-you digital marketing services including recruiting pages, CRM management, cold email campaigns, paid advertising, and related services. Specific deliverables are defined at signup and may vary by plan.

3. Payment

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance via Stripe. Setup fees are charged at the time of checkout. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. SMS Communications

If you opt in to SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from Rev1 Digital at the number you provided regarding your account and related services. Message frequency varies. 5. Subscriber Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate onboarding information
Complying with your brokerage's policies and MLS rules
Funding your own ad spend on third-party platforms
Reviewing and approving campaign copy before launch

6. Intellectual Property

Rev1 Digital retains ownership of platform code, templates, and tooling. Content you provide (bio, headshot, story) remains yours. You grant Rev1 Digital a license to use it to provide the services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rev1 Digital's liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee specific recruiting outcomes.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
